We only collect the data you enter in the contact form: name, work email address, company (optional), type of request and message.
This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising trackers.
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial proposal. This processing is based on your consent and on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Recipients
Your data is intended for the Aleria Consulting team, based in Tunisia. The form is delivered by email through the Web3Forms service. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties.
Retention period
Your data is kept for three years from our last exchange and then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@aleriaconsulting.eu.
You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence (in France, the CNIL) or, in Tunisia, with the INPDP.
